Attorney Clotfelter actively represents clients utilizing collaborative law and litigation when necessary in the areas of divorce, marital separation, child custody, support, and prenuptial agreements. She is also experienced with adoption, termination of parental rights, grandparents’ rights, paternity, name change, power of attorney, dependency and legal guardianship as well as estate planning and administration, real estate documents such as deeds, and all aspects of general civil litigation matters. She obtained her juris doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law and a bachelor of science degree from Wilson College. She is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association where she is the past Chair of the Family Law Section, and she is also a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Attorney Clotfelter is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania and she represents clients in central Pennsylvania including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, and York Counties.
