Ms. Levin practices collaborative law. Her practice is focused on helping divorce clients who desire to move beyond the divorce and put their children’s needs first. She believes that the process a family chooses to go through a divorce will impact the family unit in to the future. Her collaborative divorce practice continues to grow as divorcing couples realize that there are alternatives to litigation. The collaborative process allows clients to resolve their divorce related issues with dignity and privacy. For those with issues involving children, this settlement focused approach offers the opportunity for successful co-parenting following separation. Ms. Levin has been practicing family law in Central Pennsylvania since 1995. She received her B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in 1990 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1993, where she was an internal editor for the law review. She has taught family law at Central Pennsylvania College, guest lectured at Widener School of Law and been an instructor on collaborative practice. She served as chair for the Family Law Section of the Dauphin County Bar Association in 2002 and 2009 and has served as a Zone Member for the House of Delegates. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania and International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
